烹調方法 Method |
1.洋菇切片,豆干、素火腿、紅蘿蔔、荸薺、青椒均切丁,紅辣椒切末 Slice mushrooms, cube dry bean curd, vegetarian ham, carrot, water chestnuts, green bell pepper. Chop the chili. 2.起油鍋,爆紅辣椒後,倒入玉米粒及1項中的材料同炒 Heat oil, Sauté chili, add corn and [1] ingredients to fry. 3.將油麵和少許水入2的鍋中加上調味料拌勻,炒至湯汁收乾即可盛盤 Add oiled noodles and water into [2] and stir with spices, fry to the soup dry. |
